Rodney Parade will host an Under-20s international for the first time since 2008 in the 2025 Six Nations.

Wales will head to Newport to take on Ireland in the third round of the championship on 21 February.

Wales’ other home game will be against England at Cardiff Arms Park on 14 March.

Richard Whiffin’s side kick off their campaign in Vannes against France on 1 February before travelling to Treviso to take on Italy a week later.

In between their home games they have a trip to Edinburgh to face Scotland on 7 March.

Wales Under-20s have played most of their home games in Colwyn Bay in the past decade.

Whiffin said they had some "great results and times up there" and "it’s fantastic we’re now down south where we are looking to grow our fan base."

"Now the games have been confirmed things get a little bit more real and we’re excited to get back to Cardiff playing on a Friday night against England and then Ireland at Rodney Parade in Newport,” Whiffin added.

“We expect England and Ireland to travel well so we expect it to be an exciting boisterous crowd, so we’ll be going all out to play an attractive brand of rugby to excite the crowd."
