Ben Carter and Angus O'Brien will remain co-captains of Dragons for the 2025-26 season.
The pair go into their second season as the region's leaders, having held the roles in the previous United Rugby Championship and Challenge Cup campaigns.
Lock Carter, 24, has made 66 appearances for the region since his debut in November 2020, and has won 14 caps for Wales during that time.
Carter, who suffered a heavy hit to the side of his head after just 34 seconds of Wales' first summer Test against Japan, signed a new long-term deal with the region last season.
O'Brien, 30, can play fly-half or full-back and passed 100 games for the Men of Gwent last season during his second spell with the Dragons.
"Both did an excellent job last season, and we want that continuity, shared experience and leadership group to continue to develop," said Dragons head coach Filo Tiatia.
"Ben and Angus are unique individuals who lead in different ways and styles.
"We believe they have the right balance, with how they work together, and are two men who can really take this club forward."
