England sit top of the U20 Six Nations table, three points ahead of France

England are one win against Wales from a first Under-20 Six Nations Grand Slam since 2021 after a bonus-point victory over Italy in round four.

Success in their final match in Cardiff on Friday will also secure back-to-back titles for Mark Mapletoft's side.

France, who are three points behind England, kept alive their championship ambitions with a comfortable bonus-point win over Ireland in Cork.

They will need to defeat Scotland at home on Friday and hope for a favour from Wales to secure a first title since 2018.

Wales failed to add to their first win over Ireland in eight years after Scotland picked up their first victory of the campaign in round four.

Ireland have suffered three defeats for the first time since 2018 in the Under-20 Six Nations and will aim to finish their championship on a high away to Italy, who sit a point ahead of Neil Doak's side in fourth, on Friday.

It's one of the most inclusive sports around and there are various versions of the game that you can test out.

    Is there a cheap option?

You can just play touch rugby in the park with a bunch of friends or family, but joining a club can be inexpensive.

What if I want a proper workout?

From scrummaging to tackling, to sprinting with the ball, this can be a high intensity workout that will boost both your fitness and your strength.
