Ricky Walden faces six-time world champion Steve Davis in the first round of the UK Championship, which starts on 25 November at the York Barbican.

World number eight Walden, who had his biggest win in China last week, takes on Davis, 57, who has also won six UK titles and received a special invite.

Ronnie O'Sullivan starts his quest to win a fifth title against Daniel Wells.

Defending champion Neil Robertson will meet Joe O'Connor, while world champion Mark Selby faces Oliver Brown.

Ali Carter, who will play in his first full ranking event since successful treatment for lung cancer, will take on China's Zhang Anda, while Jimmy White, who recently admitted to previously being addicted to crack cocaine, has been drawn against Dave Harold.

The BBC will show live television coverage of the event, which finishes on 7 December.
