Un-Nooh misses final black for 147 for third time

Thailand's Thepchaiya Un-Nooh created unwanted history as he missed the final black for a maximum break for the third time in his career.
The 39-year-old narrowly missed a tricky cut on the black in the second frame of his 6-4 win over China's Lei Peifan, during qualifying for the International Championship in Sheffield.
Un-Nooh missed out on £44,000 when he missed the last ball at the 2015 UK Championships.
"There was too much pressure," he said at the time.
A year later he fell at the last again in his bid for a 147 break, in a World Championship qualifier against Anthony McGill.
That already gave Un-Nooh an unenviable place in snooker history as the only player to have missed the black for an official 147 more than once and, eight years on, he has now extended his record.
