Welsh cyclist Amy Roberts has replaced Joanna Rowsell in the Great Britain squad for this weekend's track cycling World Cup in Mexico.

The 19-year-old from Llanelli gets the opportunity as Rowsell is focusing on conditioning training instead.

Roberts is expected to be one of the riders involved in the team pursuit competition in Guadalajara.

The Wiggle Honda Pro Cycling rider was the 2012 European Junior Track Cycling champion in team pursuit.
