Martin Skrtel part of the Slovakia squad to face England and Wales

Liverpool defender Martin Skrtel and Napoli midfielder Marek Hamsik are both in Slovakia's squad for their first European Championship appearance.

Coach Jan Kozak announced his group 24 hours after Slovakia beat Germany 3-1.

Their first game is against Wales on 11 June while they face Russia on 15 June and England on 20 June.

Top scorer Robert Vittek did not make the squad, as the 23-goal Slovan Bratislava striker failed to recover from injury.
