Sochi 2014: Germany achieve luge clean sweep at Winter Olympics

Germany made it four golds from all four Sochi luge events with victory in the first team relay discipline to be held at an Olympics.

Women's champion Natalie Geisenberger, men's winner Felix Loch and doubles gold medallists Tobias Wendl and Tobias Arlt topped the times after each of the three runs on the track.

They produced a combined time of two minutes 45.649 seconds to finish a second faster than Russia.

The Latvian team took bronze.
