Joe Biden: 'Embarrassment' that Trump has not conceded election

US President-elect Joe Biden says it is an "embarrassment" that Donald Trump has not yet conceded the election.

"It will not help the president's legacy," Mr Biden said, during questions following a speech on the Affordable Care Act.
