A man had a "miraculous escape" when a roof at a former cotton mill in Lancashire collapsed.
A girder crashed onto his car at the Susan Mill on Spa Street in Burnley just after 2100 BST on Friday.
Three other people also managed to escape unhurt, a fire service spokesman said.
Watch manager Mark Woodward from Lancashire Fire and Rescue service said: "The man had a miraculous escape."
Building inspectors from the Health and Safety Executive have been at the scene gathering information. The area has been cordoned off.
