'My husband was given a life sentence with his diagnosis'
Two women have been talking about the challenges of getting care for their relatives in Northern Ireland.
Sheila Bailie has been caring for her husband, Martin, 59, since he was diagnosed with dementia.
She says four 15-minute visits a day by carers to her home is "absolutely useless to us".
