Three men have been arrested after a reported fight between two groups, Surrey Police said.
The force said it was investigating the incident which happened in Woodhatch Road, near Redhill, at about 17:20 BST on Tuesday.
Weapons were reportedly seen, police added.
One of the men is in custody, while two others are being treated in hospital for injuries.
Multiple road closures were in place in the Woodhatch Road area, Surrey Police said.
As of 17:00 on Wednesday, Woodhatch Road and Earlswood Lakes Car Park remained closed while specialist teams investigated the area, the force said.
It warned that a large police presence could be "distressing" for residents, adding that anyone concerned should speak to officers.
Surrey Police said it believed people could have filmed the incident and urged anyone with footage to contact them.
