Two men have been arrested on suspicion of the murder of a 23-year-old man in Bradford.
Luqman Ishfaq was found stabbed to death on Barlow Street in the Barkerend area after an "incident of violent disorder" just before 22:30 BST on 21 October.
Two men aged 26 and 28 were arrested and remained in custody, West Yorkshire Police said.
Police cordons remain in place including on Barlow Street and Barkerend Road while investigations continue.
The force renewed its appeal for anyone who witnessed Monday night's incident to get in touch.
Police said on Wednesday Mr Ishfaq had been "beaten and stabbed" by a group of men after being chased.
Paying tribute, his family said: "Luqman was a much-loved son, brother and friend to so many.
"He was a kind-hearted and loyal man, and the pain we feel from this loss is immeasurable.
"As a family we are all truly devastated that he has been so cruelly taken from us."
His cousin Adil Afzal told the BBC: "I knew Luqman my entire life; we grew up together.
"From primary school to secondary, through college, and as cousins, we shared countless moments and memories.
"Over the years, I came to see him not just as family but as someone who helped me through my most difficult times.
"His support during my struggles with mental health was invaluable.
"Luqman was always there with a kind word, a listening ear, and unwavering patience."
