Five people have been taken to hospital following a crash near Lisburn.
The Northern Ireland Ambulance Service (NIAS) said it received 999 calls at 17:20 GMT on Saturday, after reports of a two vehicle road traffic collision on Saintfield Road at the junction of Old Ballynahinch Road.
It said it despatched five emergency crews and one non-emergency crew to the incident.
An NIAS spokesperson said that following assessment and initial treatment at the scene, three patients were taken to the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast and two were taken to the Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children.
The Police Service of Northern Ireland said The Old Ballynahinch Road was closed due to a road traffic collision. It has since reopened.
In a separate incident, emergency services were also called to Lurgan Road in Glenavy because of what police described as "a serious road traffic collision".
An NIAS statement said one person was taken by ambulance to the Royal Victoria Hospital.
The Lurgan Road remained closed on Sunday morning and diversions are in place.
