Police said he could expect a fine

A man was stopped by police after he was seen steering a car with his knees.

The driver was spotted by a road policing officer on a motorbike in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire on Thursday.

Initially, the officer from the Beds, Cambs & Herts Road Policing Unit pulled alongside the driver in slow moving traffic to discuss his lack of MOT.

In a post on X the officer, external said "he can expect 6 points and a fine."
