Death of man injured at pub triggers homicide probe

A homicide investigation has been launched after the death of a man who was injured in an incident at a pub.
Police were called to the Red Lion in High Street, Burnham, in Buckinghamshire, at 00:50 BST on Saturday after an alleged assault.
Usman Hanif, 38, of High Street, Langley, Slough, was charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent and has been remanded in custody by magistrates.
Thames Valley Police said a man in his 50s who was injured in the incident died in hospital on Tuesday and a homicide investigation has now begun.
