Two men held over Trowbridge death bailed

Two men who were arrested on suspicion of murdering a man in Trowbridge have been released on conditional bail.

The pair were held after a 39-year-old man was found dead at a residential property in Whiterow Park at 21:30 BST on Monday following reports of "disorder".

Detectives had been granted more time to question the two men - a 61-year-old from Trowbridge and a 46-year-old from Hilperton.

Inquiries remain ongoing and the police said they were likely to retain a presence at the property over the weekend.

Detectives have once again appealed to the public for any information or camera footage that may help them with their inquiries.
