Woman dies and man injured in crash
The ambulance service said the woman was pronounced dead at the scene

A woman has died and a man has been left injured after a crash in Warwickshire.
The two-car collision happened at the junction of Mere Lane and Copston Lane in Wolvey shortly after 18:00 BST on Tuesday.
The woman, a driver of one of the cars, was found in a critical condition and received life support, but was pronounced dead at the scene.
The male driver of the second car was taken to University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire with potentially serious injuries, West Midlands Ambulance Service said.
