A member of Armagh's All-Ireland winning Gaelic football team has pleaded not guilty to eight charges of sexual assault.
Aidan Nugent, 31, of Cullyhanna Road, Newtownhamilton, faces seven counts of sexual assault and one count of sexual assault by penetration.
The charges relate to an alleged incident during a wider squad trip to the Eden Roc resort in Miami Beach in November of last year.
At Newry crown court Mr Nugent entered not guilty pleas to each of the eight counts.
A review is set to take place on 8 December and the case is scheduled to go to trial on 2 March, 2026.
On Thursday, the court heard that trial would involve five prosecution witnesses including a DNA expert.
A defence barrister said that the analysis of mobile phones will also be required.
Mr Nugent was released on continuing bail.
