Body found in river in search for missing teenager

Police searching for a missing teenager have found a body in a river.
Officers searching the River Weaver near Riverside in Nantwich discovered the body at about 17:15 BST on Sunday.
Formal identification was yet to take place but it was believed to be that of a 16-year-old boy who had been missing since 30 August, Cheshire Police said. He was named previously as Jonty Evans.
Next of kin had been informed, a force spokesperson added.
