Family pay tribute after fatal crash in Devon

A family man who died following a road traffic collision near Holsworthy in Devon will "be missed by his entire family", they have said in a tribute.

Graham Bowyer, 61, who lived locally, was involved in a single-vehicle collision at Anvil Corner on the A3072 on the evening of 5 June.

He later died in hospital as a result of his injuries.

Witnesses who have not yet spoken to officers have been asked to contact Devon and Cornwall Police.

His family said: “Graham was the son of Veronica and the late Robin Bowyer.

"He was one of six siblings and was a father to Sally, Claire, Kerry and Darren.

“Graham had a love for classic cars and would enjoy spending time with his family at classic car shows.

"He was also a good craftsman and would enjoy helping his mother.

“Graham was a keen supporter of the air ambulance and would make regular donations to this charity.

“Graham will be missed by his entire family and his family would like to thank all emergency services involved in the incident, and we appreciate the support from Derriford’s ICU Pencarrow Ward.”
