Incidents include concrete being poured over fixtures and fittings

Police are reviewing CCTV footage after "persistent" vandalism and anti-social behaviour around public toilets in Wick.
Highland Council said incidents had included concrete being poured over fixtures, fire-raising, cubicles being destroyed and blood smeared on walls.
The public conveniences have been forced to close repeatedly, and the local authority described the vandalism as "a total waste" of taxpayers' money.
The council said police had previously identified and spoken to youths and were now reviewing new footage.
