E-scooter rider found seriously injured in road
Above Bar Street was closed in both directions from Civic Centre Road to Regent Street

A woman has been taken to hospital with a head injury after falling off an electric scooter on city centre road.
The woman, in her 20's, was found on Above Bar Street, Southampton at about 04:45 BST.
The key route in the city centre was closed near Sprinkles bothways from Civic Centre Road to Regent Street.
Police cordons were lifted and the stretch of road reopened shortly before 08:00 BST.
