Man guilty of murdering his brother during funeral

A man has been found guilty of murdering his older brother during a funeral in County Kerry.
Patrick Dooley, of Arbutus Grove in Killarney, is the fourth person to be convicted for the murder of Thomas Dooley in 2022.
The 42-year-old victim was attacked by a gang of men armed with weapons during the ceremony at Rath Cemetery in Tralee.
His 36-year-old brother Patrick was one of six people were put on trial for the murder, most of whom were also related to the victim.
On Thursday, two men and a male teenager were found guilty of Thomas Dooley's murder by a jury at the Central Criminal Court in Cork.
The jury is due to resume its deliberations on Tuesday in the case of the remaining two defendants, who are both cousins of the victim.
They are 29-year-old Michael Dooley of Bay 11, Halting Site, Carrigrohane Road in Cork, and 42-year-old Daniel Dooley, of An Carraigín, Connolly Park, Tralee in County Kerry.
The victim was a father of seven children who lived at Hazelwood Drive, Ballyspillane in Killarney.
His wife, Siobhán Dooley, was also seriously injured during the attack.
