Man released on bail after seven hurt in crash

A man arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving after a crash on the A60 near Hucknall has been released on bail, Nottinghamshire Police have said.

Officers were called to reports of a three-vehicle crash close to the junction with Burntstump Hill shortly after 10:18 BST on Wednesday.

Seven people were treated for injuries that were not believed to be life-threatening or life-altering, said police.

On Thursday, the force said a 53-year-old man detained after the crash had been released on bail while investigations continued.

Anyone who witnessed the crash or has dashcam footage is asked to contact Nottinghamshire Police.
