Motorcyclist dies after crashing into parked car

The man died after his motorcycle crashed into a blue Toyota Yaris

A motorcyclist has died after crashing into a parked car in Sheffield, police have said.

Officers are appealing for anyone who saw the black Piaggio Fly collide with a blue Toyota Yaris on Sharrow Lane, Nether Edge, on 12 August at about 12.25 BST.

The man, 21, was taken to hospital in a critical condition but has since died and his family is being supported by officers.

A South Yorkshire Police spokesperson said they are also asking anyone with dashcam or CCTV footage to come forward to help with the investigation.
