Fire crews have tackled a car fire which spread to nearby moorland in Cornwall.

The blaze started on the A30 eastbound carriageway near Temple Tor on Bodmin Moor, said Cornwall Fire & Rescue Service.

Devon and Cornwall Police temporarily closed the eastbound carriageway, National Highways said.

Fire crews from Launceston and Bodmin dealt with the blaze.
