Investigation after biker, 21, dies in crash

Police have launched an investigation after a 21-year-old man died in a motorcycle crash.
It happened on the A490 between Welshpool and Guilsfield, Powys, at approximately 13:45 GMT on Sunday, Dyfed-Powys Police said.
He was riding a yellow Honda MSX 125 motorcycle and died at the scene, the force said.
Officers appealed for anyone who may have witnessed the bike travelling through Welshpool and Guilsfield shortly before the collision to get in touch.
