Trains in and out of Devon and Cornwall have been cancelled due to flooding, Great Western Railway has confirmed.
The operator said in a statement lines were currently blocked between Bristol Temple Meads and Taunton, and Westbury and Taunton.
A spokesperson added disruption was "expected until the end of the day".
They said they were attempting to source bus replacement services.
There are currently a number of flood alerts issued in and around Devon, including flooding in east Devon, near the River Clyst.
The flood alert said: "Flooding to property and highways is expected at Ashclyst, Burrow, Broadclyst, Clyst Honiton, Southbrook and the A30 between Jack in the Green and Hand and Pen."
'Roads impassable'
Devon Alert tweeted on X that as a result of heavy rainfall "many roads are still impassable".
It added: "Please plan your journey, drive with caution and never move or tamper with road signs."
Meanwhile Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue said it is experiencing "a high volume of weather-related calls".
It urged people to take care and not drive through flood water.
