An East Yorkshire attraction will host a world-renowned photography exhibition.
Images from the Wildlife Photographer of the Year competition will be on show at Sewerby Hall and Gardens from 4 May until 14 July 2024.
The winning pictures, on loan from the Natural History Museum in London, are part of an international tour that hopes to attract a million visitors.
The competition, which launched in 1965, attracted 49,957 entries from photographers of all ages and experience.
The 2023 competition was judged on creativity, originality and technical excellence by a panel of industry experts in October.
Officials said the images help to shine a light on stories and species around the world and captures animal behaviour and "breathtaking" diversity.
Councillor Barbara Jefferson, East Riding of Yorkshire Council’s cabinet member for coastal and heritage, said: "The exhibition has proved hugely popular there for the last two years.
"Its unique mix of powerful and stunning images with underlying important environmental messages is another great reason to visit Sewerby Hall in 2024."
