Man wanted in connection with attempted murder

Police have released a photo of a man wanted in connection with an attempted murder investigation.
A 19-year-old woman was found with multiple stab wounds at St Mary's Court on Victoria Avenue in Southend-on-Sea on 29 April.
Det Insp James Holmes of Essex Police said the victim was "lucky to alive" and asked for the public's help in finding 27-year-old Kallen Maxwell.
He is described as white, about 6ft (1.82m) tall and of medium build.
"Our officers have carried out multiple inquiries to locate Maxwell and now appealing for the public's support," Det Insp Holmes added.
"Maxwell has connections across Essex including Brentwood, Southend and Wickford as well as Lincolnshire, Romford and Greater Manchester."
The stabbing victim, who suffered significant injuries, had since been discharged from hospital, police said.
Maxwell was also described as having green eyes, mousey coloured hair and what is thought to be a three-inch (8cm) scar on the back of his right arm.
Police said anyone with information on his whereabouts should contact the force via its Major Incident Public Portal, external, or alternatively contact Crimestoppers, external anonymously.
