A man has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving after a nine-year-old girl was killed in a collision with a bus last summer in south-east London.
Martin Asolo-Agogua, 23, of Nunhead, was also charged on Thursday with causing death by careless driving when under influence of drink or drugs and driving while over the drug limit.
Ada Bicakci and her five-year-old brother were hit by the bus in Bexleyheath on the morning of Saturday 3 August, the Met Police previously said.
Both children were taken to hospital but Ada died two days later.
The incident happened on Watling Street near the junction with Halcot Avenue and the siblings were with a family member at the time, police said.
Mr Asolo-Agogua, who was driving the bus, was arrested on the day of the incident on suspicion of causing serious injury through dangerous driving and drug-driving.
He has been bailed and is due to attend Bromley Magistrates' Court on 24 March.
