Murder arrest after woman's body found in flat

A man has been arrested after a woman's body was found in a flat.
She was discovered inside the home on Wolverhampton Road, Stafford, at about 13:15 GMT on Monday and pronounced dead by paramedics, Staffordshire Police said.
A 33-year-old man, from Stafford, was arrested on suspicion of murder.
The woman's family was given support by officers, the force said.
Detectives appealed for anyone with information or video footage from the area at around the time to contact them.
