- Published
Fire crews tackled an agricultural barn fire in Penzance on Saturday morning.
Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service said crews were called to the scene in the Goldsithney area at about 08:35 BST.
The service said crews made "good progress in extinguishing the fire" and "prevented it from spreading to the whole building".
Firefighters from Penzance, Hayle and Tolvaddon were mobilised and they monitored the scene for hot spots, as well as liaising with the property owner, it added.
The service added: "Crews used one hose reel and a thermal imaging camera to extinguish the fire."
