Woman in life-threatening condition after crash

A woman in her 60s has been taken to hospital with serious injuries following a three-vehicle motorway crash.
She remains in a life-threatening condition and two other people have received hospital treatment following the crash on the M11, near Harlow.
Essex Police said it was called to the southbound carriageway before junction seven at about 06:45 GMT.
A man in his 50s, from Coventry, was arrested on suspicion of drink-driving and remains in custody for questioning.
Emergency services, including the fire and ambulance services, attended and a section of the road was closed.
National Highways said on X, external that it reopened at about 09:10.
The force is appealing for any witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage to come forward.
