People have been invited to share their health care experiences and get advice on how to access Manx Care services at a coffee morning.

The drop-in session in Douglas will be a chance to find out more about the Manx Care Advice and Liaison Service (MCALS).

As well as members of the service, the health care body's chief executive Teresa Cope and chairman Wendy Reid will also be taking part.

The coffee morning will be held at the Santander Work Cafe in Douglas on 11 September from 09:30 to 11:30 BST.

Launched in 2021, MCALS is the point of contact for those who want to share feedback on patient experiences, as well as for signposting the island's health services.

The service, which opened a public counter earlier this summer, can also help solve health and social care related inquiries.
