Two more people have been arrested over the murder of a man who was fatally shot.
Jermaine Smith, 30, was killed on Lilleshall Crescent, Wolverhampton, in the early hours of 25 October. He died at the scene.
A 22-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murder on Wednesday, West Midlands Police said, while a woman in her 30s was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.
A total of eight people have been arrested so far in connection with Mr Smith's death, a force spokesperson confirmed.
Mr Smith's mother Nadine Shakespeare previously said he was her "heart and soul" and "a bright, loving and a respectful young man with so many dreams ahead of him".
She said everyone who knew him loved him, adding he had "a big heart" and always tried to help others.
She added losing her son "in such a cruel and senseless way" had destroyed her, and all the family wanted now was justice.
