The broken pipe in West Bar Street left the road flooded on Thursday morning

Water supplies in a town have been disrupted for the second time in 10 days after a pipe burst.
The broken clean water pipe on the B4035, West Bar Street, Banbury left those in postcodes OX15, OX16 & OX17 with no water or low pressure on Thursday morning.
Thames Water said it had stopped the water flooding and supplies should be returning.
The water firm said due to electric cables being close to the site of the pipe the repair would "likely take longer than normal to complete". It added once it was fixed the road would be cleaned following the flooding.

Those in postcodes OX15, OX16 & OX17 had low pressure or no water
Apologising for the disruption the water firm said its customer representative and loss adjustor teams were in the area supporting residents affected by flooding.
On 10 September a pipe burst on nearby North Bar, in Banbury when water gushed out onto a main road and limited local supplies to those in postcodes OX16 and OX17.
