Cyclist dies after crashing into open car door

A cyclist has died after crashing into the open door of a stationary car in Kent.
Emergency services were called to the incident near the Ewe and Lamb pub in Maytham Road, Rolvenden Layne, at 12:40 GMT on 24 March, Kent Police said.
The 65-year-old man was taken to a hospital in London where he died four days later, police said.
The incident is now under investigation by the Serious Collision Investigation Unit.
Officers are appealing for information and witnesses to the crash, which involved a blue Ford car.
