A van driver has been left with fractured ribs, a punctured lung and severe bruising after he was dragged along a road by a lorry.
The man, in his 40s, was in a white Volkswagen transporter van on Saturday 29 June when he was involved in an altercation with the driver of a white HGV lorry by the Amwell roundabout near the A414 in Great Amwell, Hertfordshire.
It is claimed he had got out of his vehicle and was then dragged along the road as the HGV drove off.
The incident is believed to have happened between 13:30 BST and 13:50.
Police are urging anyone with information or dashcam footage of the incident to come forward.
Det Con Ellie Crossley from the East Herts local crime unit said: "I am appealing for any information from the public relating to this incident."
