Snow forecast for Jersey on Tuesday
- Published
Snow could fall in Jersey on Tuesday morning, forecasters have said.
Jersey Met said wind and weather from the east were bringing cold weather, and would create a ground frost on Monday and Tuesday evening.
It said temperatures would be below freezing early Tuesday, and that showers of sleet or snow were "likely".
However, predicted snowfall was not expected to be significant - with "bright spells" forecast for the afternoon.
The last time Jersey saw significant snowfall was in 2013, when more than 5.5 inches (14cm) of snow was recorded.
