Man arrested after serious crash near roundabout

A man has been arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving following a crash in the early hours of the morning
A grey Volkswagen Golf left the carriageway on the A510 Northern Way roundabout junction with Stewarts Road in Wellingborough at about 02:00 GMT, Northamptonshire Police said.
The front seat passenger, a man in his 20s, sustained serious injuries and was taken to University Coventry Hospital.
A 20-year-old man from Northampton was arrested and taken into custody.
Officers are appealing for witnesses and are keen to hear from anyone with relevant information or dashcam footage.
