Two professional boxers took part in a meet-and-run session with fans as promotion for their upcoming bouts.

Kieran Conway and Michael Stephenson, both from Northampton, were at Abington Park and joined fans for a 2km run (1.2 miles), and were on hand to answer any questions about the sport.

The event was organised by Matchroom Promotion, Eddie Hearn's boxing company, as a way to "connect fighters with their communities".

Alex Le Guevel, head of development at Matchroom, called the event "special" for Conway, as it marked his return to "home soil".

Kieran Conway is set to face Ryan Kelly for the Commonwealth Middleweight Title on 30 November.

Michael Stephenson will fight Troy Jones for the English Light Heavyweight Title on the same date.
