A care home is trying to "change people's perceptions" by showcasing the fun activities residents get up to.

Temple Croft Care Home in Grimsby, which has over 7,500 followers on TikTok, asked residents what their "magical power" would be as a pre-Halloween activity.

Lucy Jacklin, activities co-ordinator at the care home, said: "I went to every single resident. I spoke to them for ages about it.

"I didn't expect them to say what they did. All the stuff they said was so nice and how they really feel. It wasn't made up."
