Man charged with murder of woman in Wigan

A man has been charged with murdering a 24-year-old woman in Greater Manchester.
Police were called to concerns for a woman's welfare an address in Atherton, Wigan, on the morning of 9 October.
The 24-year-old woman died shortly after emergency services arrived at an address in Oxford Road. Her family has been informed and is being supported by specialist officers.
Nadeem Muhammed Begum, also of Oxford Road, has been charged with murder and remanded into custody ahead of a hearing set to take place at Bolton Crown Court on 14 November.
