Leaves surrounding St Cuthbert's Church in Darlington begin to change

Meteorological autumn began on 1 September, marking the end of the warmest summer on record.

Now with the leaves starting to turn, our Weather Watchers have been capturing the changing season.

Here are some of our favourites.
