A new three-day music festival could be coming to an Essex park if plans are approved.
Far and Beyond, the company behind festivals including Download and Creamfields, has asked for permission to hold a three-day festival at Hylands Park in Chelmsford.
A premises licence for the three-day music event from Friday, 5 September to Sunday, 7 September has been submitted to Chelmsford City Council.
The venue has played host to a number of events including the two-location V Festival, which ran at Hylands Park, and in Weston Park, Staffordshire, for more than 20 years.

The plans suggest the event would feature one large stage and a smaller stage on land adjacent to Greenbury Way, close to Hyland's Adventure Castle.
Four bars and several concession stands are also planned, the Local Democracy Reporting Service said.
Organisers have applied for permission to sell alcohol until 23:00 BST on all three days and for live music on the Friday between 16:00 and 23:00, and between 10:30 to 23:00 on the Saturday and Sunday.
