Trains between Norwich and London have resumed after over-running engineering works saw early services cancelled.

Greater Anglia said the cancellations were due to works between Diss and Norwich not being completed.

On its website, the company apologised on behalf of itself and Network Rail.

It added that passengers should check journey times as some disruption to services remained.
