Teenage driver charged over crash that killed two passengers

An 18-year-old man has been charged in connection with a crash that killed two teenagers on the A91 in Stirling.
Kyle Marshall,19, and Jayden McConnell, 17, were passengers in a black Vauxhall Corsa which collided with a HGV on the afternoon of 17 March.
They both died at the scene.
Police Scotland said he had been arrested and charged in connection with the crash.
The teenager, who was 17 at the time of the crash, was taken to hospital with critical injuries.
Another passenger, a 17-year-old female, had minor injuries.
The incident occurred between the Bannockburn Interchange and Greencornhills roundabout.
The driver of the HGV, a 29-year-old man, was not injured.
