Man dies in hospital after collision on A38

A man has died after being seriously injured in a collision on the A38 in Plymouth, police say.
Officers were called to Deep Lane at 20:05 (BST) on Wednesday 27 March to an incident involving a blue Vauxhall Corsa and a lorry.
After the collision, a 51-year-old local man was taken to Derriford Hospital.
He died on Wednesday 3 April and his next of kin have been made aware.
The road was partially closed for around five hours while an investigation was carried out at the scene.
Police are asking people to come forward who witnessed the incident, or have any information which could help with enquiries.
